Shipping Costs

We ship free of charge within the Netherlands, with no minimum order value. For orders to countries within the European Union, we charge a fixed shipping rate of €9.95 per order.

Transit Time Netherlands
Shipments within the Netherlands normally arrive within 1 to 3 days.

Transit Time Other Countries
International shipments normally arrive within 2 to 7 days.

Shipping Time
Orders received before 10 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. The warehouse is open Monday through Friday during office hours. The warehouse is closed on national holidays. We keep delays to a minimum.

Track and Trace
After your order, you will receive an email with your order number, invoice, and track and trace code. Use this code to follow your order.
